I had a decent stay at this hotel, with clean and modern rooms that included a large shower cubicle and underfloor heating. The location in Vaals is beautiful and peaceful, but the service could definitely use some improvement, especially with staff entrance into the room shortly after check-out. Overall, it was a good value for the price but not ideal due to the service issues.
